This blog has been set in motion by the staff and interns here at Austin Yoga Tree. We are hoping to use this blog to connect with our students through the sharing of mindfulness, wisdom, and FOOD!
The categories we have created for our blog are as follows:
Our first posts of each week will focus on cultivating mindfulness. We put mindfulness on Monday because we hope it will help you keep mindfulness in the forefront of your mind throughout the week. Now the fun part, you will be learning about mindfulness through the minds and hearts of other staff members at Austin Yoga Tree! Your yoga teachers, interns, owners, and managers will be answering questions that will allow you to learn more about the fabulous community of people we have working at this magnificent studio.
Our second posts of the week will fall under the general topic of ‘wisdom’. Our wisdom posts are meant to re-inspire you in the middle of the week. There will be posts about yoga sequences, meditations, reflections from the mat, and so much more!
Friday? You mean FriYAY! Our foodie posts are designed to get you excited about the weekend and all the possibilities ahead. We will share recipes that are simple, family-friendly, and diverse enough to satisfy every dietary restriction.
