Skills For Relaxation, Focus, and Self Love
This program will help empower children with Improved Focus, Emotional Regulation, Relaxation, Stress Management, and Self Love.
Through the practice of yoga, children can improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination while specifically taught mindfulness techniques will teach them to be present in the moment, and foster a senseof calm.
This semester, the life mastery coaching will include a variety of topics including, compassion, kindness, gratitude, success & failure, self esteem, confidence, belonging, and self love.
By incorporating these practices into their lives, children can cultivate habits that promote overall well-being and resilience as they grow and navigate the world around them.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Please note that this is a preventative measure and not a penalty. Demand for this program is very high and cancellations limit other students from participating and is disruptive the connection of the group.

THE COACHES
Edith Troen, MSW, YTT
Edith Troen co-owns Austin Yoga Tree with her husband Jonathan Troen. With a background in Human and Child Development, Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Social Work, Edith holds the belief that mindfulness and yoga have the power to heal individuals holistically.

Her passion lies in guiding young minds through her Kids Life Mastery program, impacting the lives of numerous children from elementary school to college. Her goal is to educate children and teenagers on skills not typically taught in schools, such as mastering self-love and inner peace. Edith's holistic approach is a testament to her dedication to fostering both individual growth and collective well-being.
Aida Sultankulova, YTT
Aida is a passionate yoga teacher, mom and forever student. She discovered yoga years ago in her native country of Kazakhstan. Starting with hatha yoga, she then deepened her practice into ashtanga yoga, chanting and philosophy. Being on this transformative and healing journey of yoga, she found herself desperately wanting to share it with people. Aida believes yoga practice is for everyone, and the only thing you need for it is your own body and breath.
